The country’s leading businessmen recently presented their suggestions aimed at uplifting the economy to the federal government.
The businessmen recommended the creation of an export development fund. Under this proposed initiative, they suggested that the government could organise industrial exhibitions to attract foreign investors.
The delegation requested the PM to introduce policies aimed at facilitating the agriculture sector and small medium enterprises for the creation of job opportunities. They suggested that the government should provide some much-needed relief to the business community by clearing its dues on a priority basis. They also requested the PM ensure stability in the electricity tariff to foster industrial growth.
